Angel Flight
o Angel Flight is a charity that co-ordinates non-emergency flights to help country people trying to deal with the triple trouble of bad health, poor finances and daunting distance. All flights are free and may involve patients travelling to medical facilities anywhere in Australia.
World Vision
o World Vision provides relief in emergency situations and works on long-term community development projects. Together, these address the causes of poverty and help people move towards self-sufficiency.
Animal Welfare
o To promote the welfare of animals in all forms
o To make provisions for lost, neglected, abandoned and unwanted animals
o To educate the public in the care and management of animals
o To prevent the cruelty to and neglect of animals
o To relieve the stress of and otherwise aid injured and sick animals
o To promote the sterilisation of all animals and provide veterinary facilities
o To employ inspectors to investigate the well-being or otherwise of animals
o To take or cause to be taken any legal action in relation to these objectives
Canteen
o The Australian Organisation for Young People Living with Cancer, is the national support organisation for young people (aged 12-24) living with cancer.
Breast Cancer
o Breast Cancer Australia is a non profit organisation established primarily to raise funds to support ongoing national breast cancer research programs, to raise awareness for both prevention measures and early detection of breast cancer, upgrade equipment used at diagnostic levels, treatment and research levels and to provide dignified accommodation for patients and their families during oncology treatment.
